So this coloring book is so cute. I mean really cute. I am not a cat person. They make my eyes water and my throat itch. Because of this, I don't really even like cats...but I like these cats! They are adorable! Especially the flying taco cats. Those are my favorite! And best of all, these cats are completely hypo-allergenic! So people like me who have to keep their distance from real cats, yeah we can color the crap out of these cats and not need a Benadryl! Which is awesome, because Benadryl just makes you drowsy and then next thing you know you are passed out drooling all over your cat or your coloring book which are both unfortunate circumstances. And then the flying taco cats you were working on for your mom to hang on her fridge are jacked up. But then you could purchase another Cooking With Cats coloring book so that would actually be cool. Anyway, I can't pet cats but I can color them and that is super because I love to color. I bought this coloring book as a gift for the preteen cat lover in my life. My kids and I giggled at the crazy and precarious situations these adorable cats have found themselves in while hanging out in the kitchen. The pictures are hilarious, and if you have ever loved or known a cat, these pictures ring comically true! Very imaginative! Jess does a remarkable job of capturing the essence of cat-ness in the facial expressions! I'm still chuckling over the sushi cat and the hamburger cat. Love it!
I purchased this coloring book for my son, who loves cats. He has always toted around a beloved cat and I knew that this whimsical, funny, adorable coloring book would be the perfect gift idea for him! He tells me that coloring is calming to him and that he enjoys it so very much. Now he has the opportunity to enjoy both his favorites in one. The only problem now is that I have other children who are going to request this great book too! The illustrations are vivid and creative. Grab one for the cat person in your life!

Adorable mischievous cats getting into your entrees! Tee hee. Adorable, just right for youths, whereas some of those other coloring books geared towards adults are far too visually stimulating and detailed. Especially geared in my opinion towards 8-14 yr olds. However I'm a busy mom and it will also work for me, since the other types are too much for me to attend to.
I love this book!! I am a cat person, and a kitchen person, so win-win! The illustrations are super cute and beautifully done. When I received the book I couldn't wait to start working my way through it one page at a time, using my best ultra-sharpened Prismacolor pencils. As a busy homeschool mom, I rarely take the time to sit down and do something as "frivolous" as coloring for fun, but this book inspires me to do just that. I also love that the black and white cat in the illustrations looks almost identical to one of our kitties. Thanks for a quality product that makes me and my cat-loving family smile. )
This book is absolutely adorable! My kids laughed and wanted to color them all! Many of our coloring books are left half-colored, but this one won't be!
The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I wish that the pages tore out easily. The kids really wanted to put these up on their art walls, but the pages are very difficult to remove from the book.
These are such cute and fun coloring pages. I bought a copy for my 10 year old daughter, and ended up turning around to order three more copies, one for each of my other children.
